CNZ International was founded with a client-oriented focus and a lofty objective: to offer outstanding quality freight forwarding services, while ensuring a simple and stress-free experience.
Every idea starts with a problem. Having worked in the freight forwarding industry for the past 14 years of my career, I have encountered numerous persistent client issues and frustrations.
The primary customer pain point that I encountered over the years was slow and complicated communication. It can take days for a customer to receive a quote for an urgent order or inquiry. Freight invoices themselves are often too complicated to understand. Additionally, customers are not always updated on arrival delays or vital shipping arrangement changes which can lead to unnecessary stress and costs. To get an order update or issues resolved, customers have to deal with multiple staff members at different stages of the freight forwarding process which is both inefficient and complicated.
CNZ International was started to create an alternative.
All these common issues that I became familiar with over the course of my career inspired me to set up this business as I wanted to make a difference for our customers.
